Cisco Systems & Geodis Park
Nashville Drone Co recently had the opportunity to do some drone video work for Cisco Systems at Nashville Soccer Club’s Geodis Park Stadium.
The newly built stadium in Nashville Tennessee features Cisco’s Connected Stadium Wi-Fi solution which offers high capacity and blanket Wi-Fi coverage throughout the stadium. Nashville Drone Co captured the system with drone video.
In addition to flying amidst the rafters of the stadium to capture footage of Cisco’s WiFi units, we captured cinematic views of Geodis Stadium to be used in Cisco’s marketing commercials.
The Nashville Soccer Club just made the MLS playoffs so we threw together a little video to get Nashville residents excited.
Geodis Park is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the U.S., and it was a thrill to fly our drone through such a state-of-the-art facility. Cisco’s Connected Stadium Wi-Fi is designed to enhance the fan experience by delivering fast, seamless internet access whether you're streaming highlights, ordering concessions, or sharing live moments from your seat. Our footage showcases the network’s physical infrastructure and the scale of Cisco’s innovation inside the stadium.
We coordinated closely with stadium operations to conduct safe, FAA-compliant flights, especially as we navigated the upper concourses and interior structural features. Capturing drone footage indoors requires precise flying, planning, and skill something Nashville Drone Co is well known for. Our team filmed multiple passes of the seating bowl, roofline, and field from unique angles to provide Cisco with compelling visual assets for future digital campaigns.
Beyond the Cisco marketing footage, we also cut together a high-energy fan promo video for the Nashville SC playoff run. Using the beauty of aerial cinematography, we celebrated both the team and the fans who call this stadium home.
